K Sanmath Hegde, BE, MBA

Founder & President

An experienced professional, entrepreneur, and community leader with expertise spanning engineering, technology, business, youth empowerment, , social service, and cultural development. He has held professional roles with SAIL and Accenture, and currently serves as Managing Partner of Kandavar Associates. He has held leadership positions in several prominent organizations, including Lions International, Alliance, Rotary, Indian Red Cross Society, Bharat Scouts & Guides, and various youth and cultural organizations. He is also associated with the Institution of Engineers, Mangaluru Local Centre, and is the Founder & Managing Trustee of Drasthi Foundation, Drithi Patha Foundation and Bunts Institute of Heritage and Culture.

His contributions include serving as Director of Dakshina Kannada Co-operative Sugar Factory (2019–2024) and was Member Secretary in District Disability Rehabilitation Center Udupi and also member in various district-level committees chaired by District Commissioner. He has also served as Returning Officer in Indian Youth Congress in various states. His work is driven by a strong commitment to community development, youth empowerment, social service, and the preservation of heritage and culture.

Dr.K Mahabalesh Shetty, MD (Forensic Medicine)

Director

A distinguished medical professional and academic, currently serving as Dean, Alva’s Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre. He is a Medicolegal Consultant and Forensic Expert and serves as an Honorary Medicolegal Consultant to the Government of Karnataka.

He is the former Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at K. S. Hegde Medical Academy, and has held prominent leadership positions including Vice President, IMA Mangalore Branch (2023–2024), President of Karnataka Medicolegal Society (KAMLS), and President of South India Medicolegal Association (SIMLA).

He has made significant contributions to medical education, forensic medicine, medicolegal practice, and professional leadership.

Dr. Belady Sameer Mada, BDS

He comes from the Beelady Bava family and has built a distinguished career as a dental surgeon, practicing in Kinnigoli for over two decades. Beyond dentistry, his deep passion lies in the heritage, history, and culture of Tulunadu. He is the Founding Trustee of the Bunts Institute of Heritage and Culture and is actively involved in research and efforts to preserve the rich cultural legacy of Tulunadu.

With over 15 years of professional experience, he has expertise in information technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and digital systems.
